Hi, my name is Janne and welcome to my website!

I’m someone who is passionate about music and I love to discover new artists. But I love jazz even more. That’s why I want to use this website to share my passion and knowledge with you!

Maybe I should start by talking a little about how I acquired my knowledge. I grew up in a musical family. From a grandfather who sang in a choir to a sister who plays the violin. From a very young age, I was fascinated by the freedom that music can offer.

My love for music led me to start playing an instrument myself. At the age of 7, I chose the oboe. An instrument that challenges and inspires me at the same time.

In addition to my personal practice sessions, I enjoy playing in a wind ensemble. There, I share my passion with other musicians, continue to learn, and experience the magic of playing together. The combination of discipline, creativity, and collaboration makes music an irreplaceable source of joy in my life.
